CLEVELAND– A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a robbery at CVS.
The FBI says Perry Johnson was taken into custody Monday. He was wanted for a robbery at CVS on West Boulevard in Cleveland on November 23.
Authorities say Johnson demanded at gunpoint that two employees take him to the office. Johnson is accused of robbing the office safe.
Meanwhile, the FBI says Johnson’s accomplice, Ja’Mal Turnage, went to the pharmacy and demanded an employee place narcotics into a garbage bag as he robbed the pharmacy cash register.
Authorities say Turnage and Johnson ran off with cash, bottles of narcotics and other store items.
The FBI Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Turnage on November 28. He faces federal charges.
A federal arrest warrant had been issued for Perry Johnson; but he’s now been arrested.
He’s also a suspect in a CVS robbery at another Cleveland store on November 16.
